Kinda gave that idea up.. Was down there in July and it was stupid fucking hot.. Even at night, it just sucked to be out of the A/C.. Besides that and everywhere you went was a major highway with tons of traffic all times of the day and I just didn't get a good vibe while down there.

My parents also tricked me into staying. They have a nice house and told me in about 10 yrs I could have it as long as I bought them a condo. So I decided to stay, make more money, and make it work hence the upgrades and extra garage.
