Damned straight. It seems like Quebec gets half of the national arts budget, so that they can thumb their nose at the rest of the country. Toast Quebec and you'll never have to worry about another Celine Dion. If the fallout makes it a little further out than Kingston, then you'd never fear another Avril Lavigne either.
