how much you wanna bet there will be a flood of new plans that come out at just bellow the super tax average, istead of costing 27,000 they will cost 26,999 thus freeing themselfs of the next level taxes they will incur with the extra dollar.

Good luck with that. If you want to go below a certain threshold and are over 30 it will be like "negotiating" with the IRS.

Sorta like doing taxes. They tell me how much to pay, I make up a number in the middle and lie until I get close to the number I made up originally? Because thats how taxes really work, I mean there is no way that I have installed energy efficient windows in my house for the past 5 years.

It doesn't seem too bad, considering how much some people pay right now. It sure is not "Canadian" style for those of you who worried. I can't imagine paying $27 k for health care premiums!!!!!
