James, if you have a Latin grocery near you, look for pain pills containing Dipirona Sodica (Metamizole sodium). Brands include Neo-Melubrina, Prodolina, Conmel.

In a Brazilian market, you're looking for Novalgina, Dorflex, Neosaldina, Sedalgina, Doridina, Migranette, Benegrip, Anador, Magnopyrol, Conmel, Difebril, Termopirona, Dipifarma, Termosil, Dorona, Hynalgin, Lisador, or Cefaliv.

It's the only thing that kills my headaches (I take Cefaliv, or Dorflex). Banned in the US, but is still one of the most popular analgesics in many countries, even OTC.

None nearby but I will keep an eye out. Anything has to be better than the massive quantities of APAP/aspirin/caffeine I have to take to control these f*ckers.

They are terrible but they are a college craze right now because someone had a heartattack drinking them. I'd just rather drink liquor
