Default Computer dudes...

I cannot get the latest version of Flash Player to install. It says it downloads completely and is installed but every time I go to YouTube it says I still need the latest version. Any ideas? Windows XP.

Also, it won't allow me to specify where it D/L's to. Is there a way I can send it to another drive?

IE or FF? Didn't see you specify what browser you are having a problem with.

Both, but lately I've been using IE8. But the flashplayer won't work with either.

Won't work with either? Are you going to the same site/link to test? Have you tried finding some other Flash content out there to test against? What about some of the links on Adobe's site? Sounds like the site/link you are going to has an issue in the coding or something.

It's basically all YT vids that won't play. I've gone directly to Adobe to d/l the player and tried the link from YT that says "get the latest flash player".
