Yup - in a OhGodThisIsWhatShockFeelsLikeIThinkImGonnaPuke kind of way! Heard a pop, looked down, saw my foot pointed nearly 90° sideways, and a wave of nausea rolled in along with the sinking 'Oh Shit this is really not good' feeling.
