No tto be blunt but dying of a massive heart attack if that indeed is the case isnt that bad of a way to go. Rather quick and clean.

I will take that over dying from cancer or some other things.

Drugs?

And I guess the shower is the way to go though, you dont have to worry if your undies are clean. Imagine her last though is "damn I shoulda worn the panties without the skid marks".
