We went to their concert at the nassau coliseum lasat night and put on a good show as usual. They integrated soem video into their light show and some parts felt like I was at a queensryche or dream theater show.

They play their first cd in its entirety with a narrator which is quite cool, then they come out and play some stuff off their other CD's.

This year it became ore of a rock concert, was prety cool though, just no special guests this year. last year they had steven tyler and the year before roger daltry.

I still get a kick out of seeing older people/families that wouldnt be caught dead at a rock concert sitting next to guys who look like they fell out of a slayer show

I even saw a guy wearing a kreator sweatshirt last night

We saw them last Friday (12-4-09).

I wasn't sure what to expect but really enjoyed the show.

The first half I felt like we were in church. The second half felt more like a concert.

Definitely a mixed crowd.

Trans Siberian Orchestra?

How much were tickets? I'd love to see them.

The wife drug me to one of their shows a couble of years ago and I was ready to get back home before we even got there.

However once the show actually started I was surprised that it was actually better than I had expected. It was a little slow at first but still decent but after the intermission they rocked out !!

The wife laughed at me for saying stuff like..."pyrotechnics...girls dancing in cages and some really kickazz jamming...all at a Christmas show".

It was good I must admit.
