That would be Tim Lynch's Mustang you are talking about. World record holder for ET and MPH on a 10.5 inch tire. He was running a 620 cubic inch big block with twin 90 mm turbos. Last I heard, he was going bigger during the rebuild with a big block in the 670 cubic inch range and a pair of 101mm turbos.

Here's his record ET pass. He's the Mustang in the far lane.

from the site
Tim Lynch made his return to the dragstrip after his unfortunate encounter with the Atlanta Dragway wall during a filming of a Pass Times episode this past May. After some incredible work by Bobby Johnson & Bell Chassisworks' Ryan Rakestraw, Tim Lynch came back strong and qualified #1 in Outlaw 10.5 with a 4.34@180mph! Lynch had an extremely close call during his bye run in the first round of eliminations. The car made a little too much power and drifted towards the center line. Lynch steered to correct it but there really was nothing he could do. He was just along for the ride. The car turned sideways, wheelie bars hit the wall, and he ended up crossing the finish line completely sideways. Luckily, Lynch finished that pass unharmed and managed to save the car from being severely damaged. He continued on through eliminations and took out T-Man and Rainwater. Lynch faced Futch in the finals but had a problem with his wastegate sticking open and was simply out
