My father-in-law is a wanted man in philadelphia for failing to pay parking tickets he has been getting in philadelphia for the past few years. He died in 2005, the last warrent was issued in 2009.

wait - don't they put parking tickets on the WINDSHIELD? I have yet to see a windshield that you can't see into. I gotta call on the whole tinted windows thing.

these agents are brain dead drones they see a violation punch a few kees stuff the ticket on your windshield and move on

The city of Saginaw, Tx issued arrest warrants for my dead brother on speeding tickets he got. Tried to get it cleared up, but they wanted all this paperwork and I basically told them to fuck off.

As soon as they see an opportunity...

They don't look in the car at all.
If the car is in violation all they look for is the bar code on the reg
