NBA finals
looks like the top seed in the west is gon face the top seed in the east. Lakers vs. Celtics...2 giants in NBA history...classic!
Celtics did good in the regular season but suffered in the playoffs plus their big 3 went down to 2 with Allen being kinda quiet. lakers have the MVP which is a hell of a player (especially if Allen gaurds him) and came pretty hard in the playoffs, but the celts have homecourt advantage (where they dominate) and idk if the lakers can keep up with the big 3 if they start getting their rhythm back. But idk, i hope the celts pick up their playoff mentality so it can go to game 7! |

yea i used to feel the same way. kobe is good, but he used to be a ball hog, so i was biased against them when i shoulda rooted for the home team. but now that he upped his assists, the lakers really ARE a good team thats fun to watch.

like I said... he's a good player... still a jack ass though.
I'd take James over him any day... just though |

You're right I'm watching the game rite now and its a close 4th quarter. But if they head back to Boston for game 7, I'm gonna count on celts ftw.
James is good and has a lot of potential, but I don't think he's surpassed Kobe yet. Yea nba playoff series are long, but at least the championship isn't decided by just ONE game like the NFL (new England probably woulda took it). |

as a pure scorer... no... Kobe's better.... but as a team player... James has him by a mile.
James needs to work on finishing and defence... but give him a couple years... he'll be better than Kobe is in any facet of the game. again... JMO... |

FINALLY a celtics team to be excited about on the same level as the ones when I was a kid. This is fucking awesome.
I'm wearing one of my many C's shirts right now... I want to see Paul Pierce play Kobe like the way he shut down LeBron back in the semis... that was an amazing game. GO CELTS!!!
