It's kinda hard to have energy to exercise when you are working 6 days a week at least 12 hours a day. I was doing good before the outage, but this outage is killing me. I will get back on track once the outage and trip is over. All the gains I made have been lost and I am probably in worst shape now because I am just dead tired all the time.

just try to keep your meals healthy and regularly scheduled (find something healthy to munch on between) and you'll feel better I recently had an issue where i was feeling drained... I got up, went swimming and then had a protein shake... problem was, I was running on E when I did my work out, so even the protein shake wasn't helping me... Now I have a shake as soon as I get up, go to the pool (35 min drive to the pool) work out... and a small protein shake after for recovery... and I'm much better through the day. I'm actually up and active from about 0430-2200 every day and honestly feel good. |

Meal time for me can really vary wildly right now too because of the craziness at work. That's just adding to the problem, because I usually just grab something that's quick which is usually trash food. I use to walk during lunch at work, that doesn't happen anymore because my lunch is about 5 mins long....

If you want to get in better shape than you are try each hour doing 50 squats, 50 pushups and 50 situps. It takes 2 minutes, can be done anyware and you will start to turn some of that massive amount of flab in your moobs and your gut into muscle.
Wont help much with cardio but will keep somewhat of a training regiment going. Also you dont really loose cardio much. You can take fairly long (months long) breaks from physical activity and within a few decent workouts regain any losses you have from sitting on your fat ass. This is because your heart is constantly pumping, constantly getting a decent workout so you really don't loose too much cadriac strength.

I try and do 50/50/50 hourly, but usually by the afternoon I'm down in the 20s and 30s. The point is to do something rather than nothing. I do it for whatever I'm at work for, usually 8 hours or so a day 5 days a week.
Incidently a special on the natural bridge just came on TV. It looks shitty

Like I said, just do what you can. if you do it once or twice a day, then alright, more better. You will notice a difference after a few weeks.
