Weed is full of chemicals these days. It is totally different from the weed I smoked in the 80s.
Back in the day weed(I smoked more hash) mellowed you out. Now when I smoke weed, it is like taking efferdrin. I don't like it anymore.

It's not chemicals, it's a different strain. You probably grew up on Sativa. Indica is all the rage now.

Dirty as in taring up the lungs and making CO more attractive to the hemoglobin then O2, unless you are eating it in brownies. If you are smoking it, it's dirty and carcinogenic.
