Psst...Capt, its not the food thats making us fat, its the portions, lack of will power/self control, and sheer laziness of this country in general. Granted it could be healthier, I'll give you that but folks could also make the decision to eat the kids meal, or the lunch portion instead of the 1800 calorie full dinner plate that could feed 3 people... If I had a dollar for every time someone said "I need to lose weight" then goes and gets a Big Mac, large fries and a HUGE diet coke, (cuz we all know diet means it doesnt count)...or in this instance the biggest sloppiest plate of pasta and god knows what else. *shudder*
