how so? The 70's produced some beautiful little cars in japan. Just look at the old skylines or early rx mazdas. Hell even mitsu's old gto was badass. Most of the 2kgts were white btw. The shelby tuned ones were two tone

I like old Skylines too, but they weren't what I'd call beautiful.......just purposeful.
Seriously, the 2000GT is the only Japanese car I'd describe as beautiful. The FD RX7 being close, but not really. Last edited by Homeslice; 12-15-2009 at 08:29 PM.. |

interesting. I suppose it really depends on what cars made the biggest impact on you in your youth. For me it was primarily the countach, F308, and dee dee mccall's daytona turbo z. All of those feature hard edges and a wedge shape. Might be why im not huge on lots of curves.

Who would pay 18 grand for that thing? Shit is ugly IMO. Just because it is old, people are all over it.
I'll take a 69 Chevelle with a 396BB anyday over that heap.

"Works for me"
But you're big on the 2000GT and that's not straight-edged Last edited by Homeslice; 12-16-2009 at 03:45 AM.. |

I prefer the 'Velle with a built mouse motor. Tachs higher, handles better.
