Aprilia RS125 two-stroker coming to America
Yep. 2009. And no, it ain't cheap at around $6000 a pop, and yes, you can get a Ninja 250 for a lot cheaper, but if you want unadulterated fun, she be it.

how are they getting that through emissions? thought that was the issue... that 2strokes don't run clean enough to pass us emissions?

I've heard rumors that a few new ones pass Euro III emissions, just not CA. Is this thing street legal here? Would be nice to see someone next to it for scale...

Why would you even mention the ninja 250 in the same sentence as that thing?

looks like they have adapted direct injection to the two stroke. plusses include clean burning and no more oil mixing!

Can a 250 be far behind? BTW I've heard of people paying $5000 otd for a Ninja 250 so that's not too bad! Besides,it wouldn't suprise me if this bike weighs 50-100 lbs less than the baby Ninja but still puts out about the same hp! Not to mention Aprilia-typical top shelf components, shock, brakes, wheels, forks, etc.
