It's funny, 12 years ago everyone thought Creed was great, then 2 years later everyone started jumping on the opposite bandwagon.

I can thankfully say I thought they were always horrible, but I agree, they were super huge awhile back.

They had some good songs, the problem was that Scott Stapp was such a huge douchebag. This was compounded by his band making awesome albums with Myles Kennedy as Alter Bridge and generally being better than Creed. I still have them in my iTunes but I don't listen to them unless they turn up on random.

I have one of their CD's from a while back. I bought it for one song and ended up hating the rest. This is coming from someone who grew up listening to 89.5 though. >.> I didn't know what I was getting into.
At least the kid knew what to do. It could have easily turned for the worst.

Yeah maybe a few songs back in 96...but I haven't heard one of their songs in 5 years.
