This is a kick ass hard core program. You stick to it and it will really work you. The first month of solid workouts will hurt... alot... but worth it.
We do it at work 3 days a week. You need to be able to dedicate at least an hour a day to the workout alone, not including change/shower/warmup. |

I might be interested.... is it more of a tone/strenghten program, or a cut down program.
I play hockey competitively, but im seriously about 40 pounds over the playing weight that i'd like to be. I cut down like 15 of that in the fall but the holidays bumped me right back to 40. Work, school, and hockey take up alot of my time, but i could devote an hour to this.

Pictures please. It is a tough work out but I don't find it THAT hard. The toughest one for me is the Yoga. My wife loves the Kempo work out. I had to pause the dvd the first time and show her the punch combos they were asking us to do. I love the punching (more boxing part of the work out) The kicks touch on my hips. That part makes me feel old but that will improve if I stay at it. Jamess |

I was in good shape when I started the p90x, but was constantly hurting my ankles and knees with the damn lunges :P There is noooo way I'd try it right now. I start with yourself fitness (pc) or my fitness coach (gaming console). It's a lot less expensive and I think easier to stick to because it keeps track IMO.
