The girls were kicked out of school so it wasn't private anyway to those who already knew them. The media isn't releasing the names of the girls because they are minors, so the damage has already been done.

There are plenty of big schools in that area. They could blend in somewhere possibly under new names if need be.

i agree the district screwed up, and so they should be going after the teachers jobs who "screwed up", but suing the school is looking for deep pockets. IMO

are they suing the other kids who forwarded the pics, no cuz they don't have deep pockets.

The punishment the PARENTS would issue to their own children is a private matter.

The punishment the SCHOOL issued is being fought by the parents. Actually, it's more HOW it was issued than what was issued.

Well, when you have a 17 year old student and a 21 year old teacher whose fresh out of college, the age difference isn't that vast. But I do understand your point as most of the teachers are older.

i didn't notice the 3 years ago part. only way they were accidentally sent is if someone stole her phone, saw them, and sent them out before she knew.
