Reminds me, when I had my 1000 dollar '94 Suzuki Katana 600, progressive wanted about 800 bucks a year to insure it! I bought my 2006 GSXR1000 and Progressive quoted me 250 bucks a year. Doesn't make sense at all.

1. have more plastic to break on a drop
2. have been around to be totaled out for a long time

the 1125 is new, so the ins companies don't know what it is yet... and the other buells are cheap as there aren't a million of them out being wrecked!
