yea-not tryin to drag knee or nothing, just be smooth. i started sittin on the bike semi tucked, with my hands behind my back and my ass just off the seat to build up alil stamina. i just do it til it hurts every time i park the bike. im in decent shape, but i hear its a workout to a few specific muscles
