what shoes did you get?

FWIW... I did have a little bit of knee issues prior to the stroke when running long distances... haven't had any since, I've only ran with the VFF's so I don't know if it's the shoes or the month down time that solved the issue.
The sole is just to be minimalist. If thats all you are talking about, there are other minimalist shoes that have just as good or better soles for "barefoot" running without toes, but I suppose we will hear some awesome reason why you need the toes too. There is always justification why you absolutely need certain brands.

My knee is fucked from a recent injury. I highly doubt shoes will make a difference. Like I said, I am going to ask the orthopedic surgeon and see what he says. He is a bone and joint specialist after all.

Just got a pair of New Balances for street, got some Adidas trail shoe ones that I tried on that I got for a smokin deal online. Adizero or some shit.
