Wish we had some good brisket places around here. All the ones we have that make decent brisket are chains for the most part. Brisket just isn't big around here. Pork is the BBQ of choice in these parts and I am not a big fan of pork, much rather brisket. I do tend to like the south carolina mustard sauce and sweet sauces better in this region though. shitville white sauce is interesting on chicken. Vinegar sauces around here are good at some of the local spots.
