He forgot in that process that he changed his password to 3 numbers and 4 letters just to get it to work. My secretary called and did the 3 hour tour thing and finally got it to work thru them. SHE had the Verizon account information so once I found out I needed that I just handed it to her. Come to find out you can just go to blackberry's internet service site for Verizon and change all that...but you need to know the password. THAT is where we were stuck. Once the Verizon lady reset we were golden. BTW...the blackberry internet site is where you change your email signature from just saying "Sent from Blackberry wireless" to whatever you want.
