No, you only go through the tunnel to get into the infield. There are actually 2 road courses at Pocono that are inside the tri-oval. I've only done the "east" course. Part of it goes down the backstretch that the NASCAR stock cars run on. i see.. going through the tunnel would be sweet.. flat though eh? gingerman is like that - lots of tight turns but flat as shit.. i like grattan better with the elevation changes..
