I was a steroid induced monster(and seriously considering it again), I needed a lot of food.
But ya, you need a ton of protein and low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats(omega 3, 6, and 9) to keep the body properly primed. And for a firefighter, you want the correct macro and micro nutrients. Theres more to fitness than the body, the mind has to function properly too. breakfast really is the most important part of your day, and consistently eating a healthy breakfast will promote fat loss (because I hate the term `weight loss`). Breakfast should be your biggest meal.
