Ok, so argued isn't the right word. I spelled out exactly why "you don't get it" and you reaffirmed it by saying "Making a kid kill a hamster is not child abuse".
If you believe forcing a kid to smash his pet hamster with a hammer isn't child abuse, there's no rational discussion to be had with you.
