Adding perforation to a jacket?

I've got a perf'd Teknic Chicane that I like but it doesn't flow as much air as I'd like (it's wearable below 90). The arms and back aren't perf'd and I'm wondering if adding perforation there would make the jacket usable year-around. I was looking at jackets like the Dainese Santa Monica and RS Taichi GMX Motion but dropping $500+ on a new jacket when I like my current one doesn't make a lot of sense. Is there somewhere in Austin that can perforate the rest of my jacket?
