What's funny, is that you think Corporations should have unlimited political "free speech", unless of course that Corporation is in competition with the one you (used to) work for.

Snappy..GM lobbys to resist new regulation that would incur higher vehicle costs without any known benefit to the consumer. And this is done by anyone who sells vehicles in this country with any large volume. OK..that is just how the game works. But... Toyota pushed off known safety problems for years knowing full well one day it would bite them in their ass. They helped push them off with the help of NTSHA, which IMO lies the issue.
