I'm accident prone enough on my own, I can't imagine the trouble I'd get into with that. Did you watch the vids?

I don't use shoes for deadlifts, I take em off. They have a deadlift pad comprised of extra gym floor rubber.

However squats still get shoes because the squat rack is located over actual concrete and the heel padding on my feet feels like it's going to split if I go over 315.

My brother really hasn't met a pair of sneakers he couldn't wash. He just washes them then lets them air dry with the insoles out and laces out so the tongue can be pulled out.

I always thought and still do thing they have been hit with the ugly stick. I always said I would never buy them. I thought I would buy a Mac before I would buy these. But after ready about people easing back, knee and hip pain I might give them a try.

I love running on the beach barefoot. I don't do it enough. I would love to run on the rocks down Peggy's Cove with those to really test them out.

I tried once... It didn't end well. I'd rather just wear these as shoes and treat them as socks.

I actually just joined a Gym and started Running this past week...Im addicted to it. And I do feel better in just a week of working out. I have more energy than previously not going to the gym.
