Good talent's probably hard to find in Chatanooga. Which is a shame actually, because that part of the country is nice. They could become the next boom town if they played their cards right.

They are already booming pretty good job wise compared to most of the country. Lots of corporations have HQs and factories in that area and they are actually expanding in the economy. Cheaper power, cheap taxes, good road infrastructure in and out, and a decent workforce provide for a good mixture.

They aren't going to explode like an Atlanta, but they provide a nice stable area.
