Roebling Road - my first track day is Monday.
Any tips? I have already asked many questions and read a bunch but if you have something interesting throw in your 2 cents!
Thanks |

Relax.
Trust yourself, your tires and your bike. Follow the CR's lines and suggestions. HAVE FUN!

What he said.
Also if they give you the opportunity, maybe walk the track ahead of time. Get a feel for it and an idea of what to expect. |

Kern is a nice guy.
He came to one of our days about 2 years ago. He's pretty quick.

Good luck with not getting addicted, let me know how that works out for you.
In all honesty, it's either something you will be addicted to, or something you'll hate. I've seen both, but only a few manage to dislike it. Make sure you get some pics to share with us! |

It's a yearly trip the members of another site I frequent (gasp) to honor the first member who passed away riding. He died on the Gap and we have a small cross where he died. I've been the past 3 years. While it is a memorial, it's also a lot of fun. . There are usually about 60 of us.
2 years ago at dinner I found myself sitting beside this guy named Jared. |

He is a great instructor, I had him for 5 laps of NJMP a few years ago and he really put me through the paces. He would scare the shit out of me though in the one corner where his back tire would fly a foot to either side under hard braking.
