To use one of your favourite quotes....maybe we should put down our shovels. You're reading way too much into what I typed and getting offended at what you want to. I'm not offended by anything you said....although I do notice whenever you want to be passive aggressive you're fast and loose with this smiley ---> So my shovel is decidedly put down. |

Was I absent the day they handed out shovels? I never got one of these?
If it was OSP handing these out, you guys might want to hand those over to the cops. I think they call them evidence instead of shovels.

I don't blame obesity on the school. Can we get fucking serious for a moment? My kids didn't have ANY junk food until they met Louie...and they've still only had a limited amount. It's up to the PARENT to raise their own children - counting on someone else to raise them? Don't fucking HAVE kids. I agree that food offered in schools is crap - that's why my kids bring their lunch every. single. day. And if parents wouldn't blindly expect other people to provide for their kids, if they PARTICIPATED in their kid's life even when they're at school, they could ask for - no - DEMAND change in foods offered.
I don't blame the school. I don't even blame the government (this time). And I did NOT google naked shoveling. It's up to parents to teach their children the basics. Would you expect your first grader to learn how to shower or brush their teeth (or tooth in England)? Would you expect them to teach them religion or morals? Would you allow them to be threir only source of informtion???? Hell no. That's MY responsibility and I take them seriously. School is there for academics. And maybe if they could concentrate more on that....well, now I'm just talking crazy talk.
