When I first saw Ed Hardy I thought they were concert Ts from Motley Crue or G&R. I like this one much better than Ed Hardy...


If you like Ed Hardy, Affliction, or even Tap Out then that's fine. Though I feel that if you are wearing a $60 T-shirt to the gym then that seems very douchebaggy to me. Also if you'd never consider wearing a similar T-shirt from Walmart because it doesn't say Affliction then you are just in it just to be cool.

So the t-shirts with bands or all the skulls on them are the shirts everyones talking about? if people are paying upwards of 80 dollars for them they should be shot in the face I could dig out my old beat up concert t-shirts from back in the day and sell em for hundreds since theyre so retro.

Maybe but Ed Hardy t-shirts don't just say "Ed Hardy" on them... If you want to play it that way, then anyone who wears Izod polo shirts, Polo, Nautica, A&F, etc, etc, etc is 100 times worse because most of their t-shirts only have the name of the designer label on them. I'll be damned if a guy wearing an Izod shirt, Nautica pants and Topsiders is going to call me a douche for wearing an Ed Hardy t-shirt that has, IMO a cool picture of a dragon or whatever on it. Not to mention a woman wearing $200 shoes and carrying a $700 purse...

What's funny is that 25 or so years ago, you all would have said the same thing about Levi's jeans. At one point you could only buy them at Levi's stores and they were pricey for that time. Same thing for Adidias, Nike, NB, etc.

Except I can get an Izod shirt for only $20-25 at Macy's........
Polo or Nautica might be up to $50, and that's tops.....

Yea but Izod polos are more than $20 too... Anyway, I don't mind being a douche bag honestly. You all have called me that for having "too much" stuff on my bike, for the computer I own, etc. If having expensive stuff makes one a douche bag then I definitely qualify. Now, if I could find a nice pair of Oakleys....
