Honestly the 2 week thing depends on your contract. Typically most employers will pay you through the 2 weeks, even if they can you, depending on the circumstances, etc. IN my case, they could go ahead and tell me to leave, and not have to pay me 2 weeks since I am still in my 90 day probation.
I know, how sorry is that? Not even here 3 months. *sigh* |
