my dad lives in Switzerland and has a golden retriever. The dog is exactly the same. When there's snow on the ground, she REFUSES to come in the house. She'll sit in it almost all day. They live on block from the Rhein River and the dog will swim in the river for an hour even in the middle of winter and then come out next to you and shake off
