Default Best flashlights?

Looking for an LED light kinda like the Inova X5.........Something thin and smooth like that.........What's the best? I figure since the Inova is only $35 and sold at Orchard Supply it must not be one of the best.

Surefire flashlights are the best IMO.

I prefer Pelican myself.

Less money, just as quality, and just as bright.

I had one......But, the on button would sometimes go haywire.........As in, it would refuse to turn off.

I should clarify, I want pocket size.

I assume you are looking for a combat style light with a momentary switch on the back?

Yes. Which Inovas did you own, and how long did the batteries last?
