Thanks for the welcome Trip, nice to be here.
Hi All, Trip and I will be working on some contests and giveaways over the next few weeks and months. Right now we're planning a mileage contest to be announced soon. If you have an idea for a contest, post it up. Eclipse will also be offering TWF'ers a 10% discount and free shipping, just as soon as we sort out the new discount code on our site. Stay tuned for details. In the meantime, if you have any questions about packing for trips, or motorcycle luggage in general, feel free to post 'em up. Cheers, Hunter |

That is awesome. I am hoping to get a tail and saddle bags this spring/summer. Question on the saddle bags, will my high mount exhaust pose a problem?

With the exception of some of the hard bags that have cutouts for the exhaust, (like Jesse makes for BMWs) high mount exhausts and saddlebags just don't mix well. I have seen some of our customers run our P-38s on bikes with high exhausts, after wrapping the can with Thermo Tec exhaust wrap; http://www.thermotec.com/, and that works, but it's still not a perfect solution looks wise, as the bags are not equally spaced from the center. My kind of contest! I already have Krauser hard luggage on my Busa, but I can always use more tankbags.

I have an Eclipse tank bag that is really nice! Next time I mount it up, I'll have to remember to take a picture of it. I was supposed to the first time and forgot with all the other stuff I had going on.
