I think that all depends on application and how it's engineered. If it takes all day to spool up then WOOOSH... yeah, I wouldn't be interested... From the looks of it and the dyno chart, it's relatively progressive.

At the very beginning of that vid when he is idling it up, it sounds like it is running like shit, but might just be the sound.
