Sad News
As some of you from NC and TN know June 17, 2008 state trooper Shawn Blanton was shot and killed on I-40. He was only 24 and left behind a wife Michaela and premature son Tye. This morning four month old Tye passed away after having heart surgery. I am posting this to ask for your prayers for Michaela as she struggles through this very hard time in her life.

Oh Gosh... wow.... a friend of mine up in Waynesville knew them, and has kept me updated on everything going on with this, but this is just heartbreaking.
Prayers to Michaela. May little Tye RIP. |

Wow. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. R.I.P to Tye and Shawn. May they be together in Heaven.
