Default What would you buy....

So we all know what each other rides here, whether it be on the streets, or at the track. What I want to know is.... what do you WANT to ride???

Name the next 2-3 bikes you would buy, or are going to buy, if you were buying the bikes with your own money... (given the chance that you would have the money )

2003/4 CBR600RR - backroad carver/track bike
2007 GSX650F - baby tourer/street bike
And some sort of super cheap pit bike/supermoto

Then name 3-4 bikes you would buy if you happened to run into a good ammount of money (say $500,000) through a dead family member, lawsuit, bank robbery, etc.

2011 Ninja 1000 - street bike
Purpose built Daytona 675 race bike
2011 BMW K1600GTL - super touring
2010 RC8R - just whatever....

So, what do YOU want???

My next bike will probably be an FZ1 or Bandit 1200/1250. I'm getting old, and they seem to fit my style. I also tend to keep my bikes for quite a while- I bought my 636 brand new in November 20003.

Gonna have to keep that one for a while! Does it have a Mr. Fusion?

Well, I just got my FZ1 Labor Day weekend...finally...and I absolutely love the bike! I plan to hang on to it for quite a while.

But with money to burn I'd have a small stable.

I'd add a Ducati Streetfighter first, rode one last summer, it was a blast!

I'd probably get a GSXR 750 for the track and Troy's choice of accommodations too (Good pick Troy!)

I wouldn't mind having an FJR for touring on.

I would get a WR250X to squid around the local roads on too (or modify and try to tag a WR450 to a SM)

I'm sure I'd find more bikes to buy besides these, this is just the initial list, lol.

LOL, I didn't even see it. I was really confused.

BTW, How do you like the FZ1? That's on my short list for next bike. Do you have any seat time on the Bandit 1250 or ZRX1200R for comparison?

Hmm, hope to eventually pick up a cheap track bike, as well as a dirt bike (or maybe more of a true dual sport).

If I won a shit ton of money... I'd pick up a cheap track bike, as well as a dirt bike (or maybe more of a true dual sport). I'd then spend extra money on track riding and dirt riding classes.
