Felix Batisita's last recorded lecture;
"Now then, preventing a kidnapping is not nearly as complicated as you might think. Take me for example. If I was worried about being kidnapped, I wouldn't be wearing this expensive looking business suit, and a three thousand dollar Rolex in Mexico. That would just be stupid. Also, I'd want to avoid flashing money around an outdoor cafe, in plain sight of anyone passing by. Again, not smart. Here's another tip; under no circumstances should you walk over to a group of men wearing masks, and ask them where they got that really cool looking windowless van, like I'm about to do. Trust me, that would be a really bad idea." JC

parts of detroit are just as bad for sure..
mexico is out of hand.. the drug cartels are way out of hand and running the show.. if you don't comply they kill your family.. you still don't comply they kill you.. they employ the military and really no one there knows who is the police or military and who is the cartel.. i have been following this for a while.. just saw a recent gangland on history channel about los zetas and they are extremely powerful and extremely dangerous...
