Rest in peace to your father... mine passed away two years ago in June, and to this day I still miss him terribly.

Not a "recent" pic... but the only one I have handy.

I hear you brother. My Dad passed on Halloween day in '08. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't see or hear something that reminds me of him. I still have his piece o' crap Kawi Vulcan taking up a huge amount of room in my garage. He was the only one that could keep that pig running for more than 5 miles and unfortunately, I think he took the secrets with him..

May they rest in peace.

Both my grand fathers:

Abe (top photo) passed last May, was a an army soldier in WW2 in europe, came back was discharged joined the navy and was on a ship in the pacific when the japanese surrendered. He returned to the US and settled in Brooklyn NY, married a girl named Florence and had 2 kids (Mark and Ira), she died from cancer 14 years later and he remarried Gladys who gave him one more son (Wayne). he spend 25 years in the postal service, 32 years as a reserve Naval officer, and then worked as a sweat shop manager in the NY garment district.

Hank (bottom photo) passed in May 08, was an officer in the German SS during WW2, he hid a jewish family in the attic of his house for 6 years until the German surrender. After WW2 his father passed and left him the deed to his rubber ball factory which he owned and operated until the late 1970s when he closed shop and retired. He married his wife Hillie in the late 1940s and they had 2 daughters (Dorothea and Else)

RIP Dads

Here's what I did for my dad... who lost his battle with cancer
http://www.twowheelfix.com/showthread.php?t=13651

Man I miss my dad some days... he gave it the good fight and kept his sense of humor till the end. Give it the double guns.

Died too young. 59

Random shot of him and I way back when with his Ford Truck. He loved that truck and hated to sell it, but mom was pregnant with my brother. To make it worse he sold it to a guy in the back of the subdivision so he had to watch it drive by daily

Another one of him and I on the classic swing set. Love his blue jean get-up.

And about a year before he passed

RIP Dad... love and miss you.
