I have hit the lowest of lows tonight.

A patient who is male but has bewbies and is obviously male hit on me at the ER. Its a pre op tranny or a wanna be anyway but won thave surgery due to advanced hiv. Cant get much lower than that.

Maybe I can get t -homo out here and he can save the day LOL
