Which state can claim the fastest average internet speeds? Pando Networks tracked downloads from 4 million people across the U.S. between January and June of this year, and reported the findings late last month.

Cant be that accurate since there are a ton of people that dont want to or cant afford a cable (or higher) connection.

It's kinda dumb to do it by average too. They should do it by highest speed offered and maybe do it by cost too.

Who gives a shit what the average is? I am not going to want to know where they have good average speed. I am going to want to know where the fastest speed is offered at reasonable rates.

Chattanooga, Tennessee was #1 on real fastest speed a year ago.
