Default wsbk brno *spoiler* thread

Been a bit since we had an sbk thread, word this morning is pata b&g kicked ducati to the curb for aprilia. Ought to be interesting to see how quickly smrz can (if he can) adapt to the rsv4.

V4 Victory, V 4 Valve area, V 4 ever!

Ducati is staggering, how will they respond? They need a champion to follow, a Tardozzi, a Bayliss, a, gasp, a Foggy.

Rumor mill is suggesting an all new bike with an aluminum frame that apes the desmo's and an ultra short stroke 1200cc twin with an absurd redline. I'm hoping those are at least correct or that the new bike will be nearly as beastly. Just as I hope the new zx10 is as revoloutionary as it sounds. Next years gonna be interesting...

I wonder how nicky would fare if they sent him "down" to save sbk?

I hope the competition steps up there game for next year. Watching people dominate is just not good TV. Moto GP is a snorefest. WSBK was always good TV.

Nicky would do better on a WSBK with a lil less 'lectronics IMHO.

I would love to see Kawi perform and add a little spice in the mix. I'm not getting my hopes up tho

I'm just wondering about that patent for the 270* high rpm big bang i4 with electric motor assist idle and the fully variable cam timing. Rumors aside, vermulen has supposedly seen the thing and is so excited about the prospect of riding it he mentions it in practically every interview. Really makes you wonder

Sounds more prototype than Superbike or homologation type racing. Might be a Formula One project Ver mole 'n thinks only has 2 wheels.

I'm definitely tired of seeing Biaggi and Aprilia winning and winning and winning and winning and winning and winning.
