Attn Drewpy - we sorta met someone famous
In this month's Cycle World, there's an article "Me and My Bike" or some shit... The guy featured is an adventure tourer guy... looked fucking familiar as hell... As I was shitting the other day, I was thinking, "I think we met this cat during our cross country trip... at the Harley dealership where the Buell died..."
I was right. How many fucking Ned's from CO Springs who ride adventure bikes could there be? Checking through my x-country blog, sure enough I came across this: Quote:

No pics, nor the article... I could probably scan it Monday if I remember...
Pretty wild... I didn't even talk to the guy, Drewpy did... I was pissed off and deciding what to do with my bike at that point... I remember him being tall and bald, but that was about it. When I saw the article he looked strangely familiar and when I saw "Ned" such and such from CO Springs... I immediately knew... crazy. |

No shit.
I had something like that once... met some huge tall black dude in toronto at a hotel. We were getting coffee and thought to myself he must be a athlete or somin. Judging by his size, clothes, and such. Later that night saw him on the sports news. I don't remember his name even now... but it was funny at the time. |
