Lawyers suing Florida because no helmet law

I believe the riders family that must be the ones suing, are nothing but money hungry pieces of shit and are a waste of the oxygen they breathe. This is F'in stupid and I hope the judge laugs them out of court.

What a waste of taxpayer money and the court system, all because this rider chose not to wear his helmet and died from his own stupidity.

This crap is what causes the govt and it's laws to become to big!

Who do I sue about not having a girlfriend? Sure, I could do something about it and take personal responsibility, but there's gotta be somewhere that I can place the blame and maybe make a little cash, too.

Florida does have a helmet law. It says that people under 21 must wear a helmet and people 21 & up must wear one unless they have medical insurance (min 10k I think).

I am sure this will get thrown out. Nothing was stopping the guy from wearing a helmet, it was his choice to not wear one. And if he didn't have the required insurance, he was breaking the law anyway.

The law doesn't say that people must NOT wear helmets. They had a choice. They made the wrong one. Sucks to be them.
