Looks like the police officer who shot somebody in the back as they were being held on the ground may get his just deserts..

Imagine his Captain trying to explain that to the kids mother...

Besides, if I'm not mistaken the kid was cuffed and another cop had his knee in his back...why did he even need to taser him?

Gee I wonder what he was doing in Nevada when they found him?
