I'm sure it has brought up a good debate in government policing meetings. I'm sure they would like to classify it as a terrorist act so more money can be poured into another project.
IMO, since there is no violence, then there should be no terrorism.

i was on the phone with my dad and he went on to the rant about how it was terrorism and that they are putting ppl's lives in jeopardy and its unamerican, he could tell i disagreed and was not happy about it, but oh well i believe it wikileaks to be a ying to the goverments yang, neither are perfect but both are needed |

Some [those with a real flair for hyperbole] might suggest this rises to the level of "terrorism", but I'd be willing to bet that the perpetrators probably would prefer to characterize their efforts as a "protest". Since it appears they didn't really shut anyone down, and just affected things a bit, I'd say the net affect was actually closer in fact to the latter.
